Cost-efficient, flow-based system on an open wafer. The UG 100 sequencing platform separates amplification and sequencing to enable massively parallel workflows that solve the inflexibilities and inefficiencies of conventional monolithic systems. It is optimized for automation and runtime synchronization to maximize a sequencer utilization. This results in a less than 14-hour cycle for 300 basepair reads (less than 12 hours for up to 200 basepair reads) of continuous dual wafer output on the sequencer.
