Our laboratory offers Shotgun, 16S, 18S, ITS Metagenomics, as well as Metatranscriptomics.

High Quality Library Generation: All libraries are size selected to optimize fragment size, yielding consistent sequencing and optimal sample coverage.
Stringent Quality Controls: All samples are validated to ensure high quality sequencing data
State of the Art Technology: Illumina MiSeq, NextSeq and NovaSeq platforms provide read lengths up to 2x300bp

Extraction

We have experience mitigating secondary metabolites and contaminants that may interfere with downstream sequencing.

Library Preparation

Libraries are generated using Amplicon, Custom Primers, TruSeq or Nextera protocols and include a unique barcode sequence. All libraries are verified for quality and yield.

Sequencing

Sequencing is performed using Illumina platforms. Up to 384 barcoded samples can be pooled into a single run.

Data Analysis

Sequences can be aligned to reference genomes or assembled into contigs. All raw and processed data is delivered to the customer.
