Fetch-Seq is a SeqMatic on-demand sample pick-up courier service – This service simplifies the transportation of precious samples with expert handling. Your domestic advantage available to S.F. Bay Area laboratories.

With Fetch-Seq, you can maintain maximum sample viability. Our couriers transport your samples to SeqMatic within 1 to 2 hours from anywhere in the S.F. Bay Area.

At SeqMatic, your success is our success. We perform all services in-house at our CLIA-licensed laboratory in Fremont, CA. We never subcontract services to third parties or send samples overseas.

Experience minimal waiting periods with Fetch-Seq. Order pick-up of your samples as soon as they are ready.

STEP #1 - Requesting A Courier Pick Up

First, ask your sales representative to setup a Fetch-Seq courier pickup service account for you. 

You provide the email address where you want to receive your Uber digital voucher!

STEP #2 - Accepting Your Voucher for 1 fully covered ride

At this time, you will receive an email message from Uber to the email on file.

Make sure to accept emails from Uber into your inbox to avoid delays due to spam filters.

STEP #3 - Selecting the ride of your choice

Last but not least, you can order a sample pick-up as soon as they are ready.

Pick-up & delivery hours are from 9AM to 6PM P.S.T. Monday – Friday

Only eligible rides will be displayed.

SeqMatic covers single one-way Uber X rides.

No shared rides or XL rides are allowed.
